We make a wide range of traditional italian “pasta filata” cheeses like mozzarella, as well as ricotta. “Pasta filata”  refers to the method of stretching and shaping the curd, which is made possible by the elasticity that gives finished mozzarella its unique texture. Our products are fresh and natural, with no additives.
